Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your company, contact details, location, project requirements and any photographs or drawings you choose to attach. Use business information and avoid personal medical details, access codes or confidential security plans. The information is used to assess and respond to your request; the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Submission and delivery

The website sends your enquiry and any attachments directly to Formspree, our form processing provider, for delivery to WaveToOpen. A submission is confirmed only after the delivery service accepts it. If an error appears, delivery has not been confirmed. Your entries stay in the open form so you can retry or save a copy.

The form checks attachment count, size and type in your browser. Formspree processes and stores submitted files according to its service settings. Only share files appropriate for the project. The website application does not maintain a separate database or public file store of submissions. Delivery providers and the receiving business system may keep records under their own retention and security arrangements. Do not assume a failed request has never reached a delivery provider if a connection timed out.

Browser storage and technical information

The application does not set advertising cookies or store your form entries in local browser storage. The “Save enquiry copy” option creates a text file on your device only when you choose it. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data, such as network addresses and error logs, to operate and protect the website.

Your choices

Provide only the information necessary to describe the project. You can ask about the handling, correction or deletion of enquiry records using the contact form or by calling (833) 696-9996. Any deletion request may be subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

Manufacturer and government links open third-party websites with their own privacy practices. This site does not send your enquiry to those organizations simply because they are referenced.
